We know the amount of time, work and effort that must be managed from beginning to end during a study. Our highly capable team works right along with you to help manage the study and we offer many specialized support services to help during the process.

Central Data Scoring and Data Management Services — we provide dedicated data associate and/or data management resources to provide central scoring, database management, and data delivery capabilities for the duration of the
study (Actiwatch and PAM-RL only).

Custom Software Engineering — we provide software engineering resources including customized Actiware reports, data views and outputs (Actiware-CT only). Our software engineering team and project managers work with your clinical team to evaluate your software needs, design reports and/or review data outputs prior to study launch.

Equipment Rental — whether it's software or hardware, we have rentals to fit your specific equipment needs. We also provide a dedicated toll-free technical support line for the study sponsor and study sites.

Inventory Management and Logistics — a dedicated resource is provided to manage your specified product inventory
for the duration of the study.

Project Management — a dedicated project manager is provided for the duration of the study. The project manager assigned to your study is responsible for supervising and directing all Respironics services in connection with the study.

Protocol Consulting — clinical scientist (PhD) resources are available for consultation on specific study protocol issues. These issues may be related to the use of technology in the protocol as well as the data and statistical analysis of any collected data.

Training — a variety of training options are available that are tailored to the specific needs of the protocol. In addition, for each unique study, a Training Guide is developed and customized for the study sites/CRAs to ensure ease of use and compliance with the tasks within the protocol.
